Return Policy

At careconnect.mu, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Returns

You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Healthcare and personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless defective

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] and send your item to the address provided.

5. Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Shipping: For exchanges due to defects or errors on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.

6. International Returns

For international orders, please contact us before returning any items. Additional customs fees and duties may apply, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
