Partner Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the careconnect.mu Partner Program. By registering as a partner, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Overview

These Partner Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the careconnect.mu partner program, operated by Care Connect Ltd. By becoming a partner, you accept these terms in full and agree to provide services in accordance with our standards and requirements.

2. Partner Eligibility

To become a partner, you must be a licensed healthcare professional or registered business entity in Mauritius. You must provide valid credentials, certifications, and documentation as required by Care Connect Ltd and comply with all applicable healthcare regulations.

3. Services and Responsibilities

As a partner, you agree to provide high-quality healthcare services to patients through our platform. You are responsible for maintaining professional standards, responding to patient inquiries in a timely manner, and ensuring accurate medical information and consultations.

4. Commission and Payment

Partners will receive compensation based on the agreed commission structure. Payments will be processed monthly, subject to verification of services provided. Care Connect Ltd reserves the right to withhold payment in cases of disputed services or policy violations.

5. Professional Conduct

Partners must maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics. Any misconduct, including but not limited to providing false information, breaching patient confidentiality, or engaging in fraudulent activities, will result in immediate termination of the partnership.

6. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Partners must comply with The Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius and maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information. Patient data must only be used for providing healthcare services and must not be shared with third parties without proper authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the careconnect.mu platform, including branding, software, and content, remain the property of Care Connect Ltd. Partners may not use our intellectual property for purposes outside of the partnership without written permission.

8. Platform Usage

Partners are granted access to our platform to provide services to patients. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination.

9. Liability and Indemnification

Partners are solely responsible for the medical services they provide. Care Connect Ltd is not liable for any medical malpractice, errors, or omissions by partners. Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Care Connect Ltd from any claims arising from their services.

10. Insurance Requirements

Partners must maintain adequate professional liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the partnership. Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.

11. Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation

During the partnership and for a period of 12 months after termination, partners agree not to directly solicit patients acquired through the careconnect.mu platform for services outside of the platform.

12. Modification of Terms

Care Connect Ltd reserves the right to modify these Partner Terms and Conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Partner Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Care Connect Ltd reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately for violations of these terms, professional misconduct, or any activity that may harm our reputation or patients.
